By using the services of R&S Cleaning & Delivery Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from our team.
For large projects (e.g., End of Tenancy), a deposit may be required.
Access: Customers must ensure that our team has access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot gain access, a “No-Show” fee may apply.
Utilities: For cleaning services, customers must provide access to running water and electricity.
Parking: Customers are responsible for providing or paying for parking for our service vehicles (where applicable).
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee (usually 50% of the service cost).
R&S is fully insured with public liability insurance.
In the unlikely event of damage, it must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion.
We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
We do not transport hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials.
Items must be appropriately packed for transport. Our liability is limited to the safe handling of the package as provided.
Payments must be made upon completion of the service or as per the agreed invoice terms.
Late payments may incur an additional administration fee.
