By using the services of R&S Cleaning & Delivery Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message from our team.

  • For large projects (e.g., End of Tenancy), a deposit may be required.

2. Customer Obligations

  • Access: Customers must ensure that our team has access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot gain access, a “No-Show” fee may apply.

  • Utilities: For cleaning services, customers must provide access to running water and electricity.

  • Parking: Customers are responsible for providing or paying for parking for our service vehicles (where applicable).

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee (usually 50% of the service cost).

4. Liability & Insurance

  • R&S is fully insured with public liability insurance.

  • In the unlikely event of damage, it must be reported within 24 hours of the service completion.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

5. Delivery Services

  • We do not transport hazardous, illegal, or prohibited materials.

  • Items must be appropriately packed for transport. Our liability is limited to the safe handling of the package as provided.

6. Payments

  • Payments must be made upon completion of the service or as per the agreed invoice terms.

  • Late payments may incur an additional administration fee.
